The game is divided into two segments-adventure and exploration. Starting his studies in a new school, the protagonist must face discrimination from students and teachers, which is the result of his criminal past. On the spot, he comes under the care of a close friend of relatives, who for a year is to act as his curator. To avoid further problems, the family sends him to Tokyo. The main character is a high school student who, as a result of an unfortunate incident, undeservedly ends up in the criminal record, with charges of assault and battery. The action Persona 5 Royal takes place in modern Japan.
During the fun, we also visit previously unseen locations and have the opportunity to spend our free time with friends in new places, such as in Tokyo’s kichijouji district.
